All the terms and conditions to be followed and implemented by the Manufacturer/Distributor associated with the Saakti eStore.
All the products supplied by the manufacturers/sellers should be genuine and hold up good quality.
No scam of quality or quantity exchange should be run by the Manufacturer/Distributor , if so, the manufacturer/seller found guilty will be prosecuted.
If the items sold include any perishable goods, they should be delivered fresh.
Products like cigarettes, alcohol, tobacco products and any other products banned by Central or respective state governments are strictly prohibited through the Saakti eStore App.
A proper receipt should be provided by the seller stating a proper balance/statement of the product purchased/sold.
Proper packaging of the product should be done by the seller to avoid any kind of damage to the goods.
Manufacturer/Distributor must ensure proper sanitation of the product before handing it over to the agent/village-level entrepreneur
No product should be taken out for delivery without proper date and address or contact info.
As soon as the order is placed the local seller should try to send fresh products, without compromise on quality, especially with regard to food and perishables.
Before packing, the manufacture date and expiry date of the products should be checked by the seller.
All products must be 100% authenticity and the seller must ensure the products are genuine and hold a mark of quality.
All statutory requirements need to be fulfilled by the seller like FSSAI/GST/Registration Certificate etc whichever is applicable to his/her business.
We follow a strict zero tolerance policy towards supply of counterfeit goods.
The replacement and return policy will be as per the arrangement with eStore Saakti Sakhi.
E-stores (Retailers/ Village Level Entrepreneurs/Business Sakhis)
The SaaktiSakhi App is only for the purpose of delivering goods to the rural areas, no Saakti Sakhi (Business Sakhi/e-store) should use it for personal benefit.
No fraud or malfunction should be carried out by any e-store, if such actions come under notice there would be a legal action taken.
No exchange or mishandling of the products is permitted.
There will always be a stipulated time limit for edible goods to be delivered; s should make sure the products are delivered in a proper span of time.
If the products out for delivery are late, then action will be taken against the e-store, only a genuine case will be considered.
Replacing, replicating or duplication of the products is strictly prohibited by both vendors and e-stores. If held responsible strict actions will be taken.
The contact information of the consumer is only for the delivery purpose.
No Saakti Sakhi should try to contact or misuse the Information of the consumer, if found so they would be legally prosecuted under the Right to Personal Information.
A proper receipt must be provided at the time of delivery of the package of goods to the consumer.
There should be strict professionalism while dealing with the consumer and the e-store should guide and answer queries of consumers to the best of their ability.
Saakti Sakhi carrying out any sort of illegal activities will be prosecuted and their eStore would be dissolved.
A proper record of transactions must be maintained by each and every Saakti Sakhi to avoid any confusions or mishaps.
Saakti Sakhi should ensure that the product is delivered to the person who ordered it / andis advised to take a confirmation of the same from the consumer.
Saakti Sakhi must uphold utmost sincerity and honesty for the service.

The Digital Cadets/Delivery Boys/Sakhis appointed by Saakti eStore VLE should be properly trained on behavioral skills in dealing with customers. Saakti Sakhi also need to take a police verification certificate of the cadet.

Saakti eStore Saakti Sakhi will be fully responsible for the quality, quantity, packaging of products and must adhere to shipping, Replacement & Return policy (as detailed below). The same also needs to be communicated to customers.
Saakti Sakhi need to ensure that they follow the guidelines of companies with whom their eStore partners for distribution through Saakti eStore App.
